Their conclusion is as follows

Blamed on Your Symantec.
Symantec is a frequent cause of BSOD's. I would remove and replace it with Microsoft Security Essentials AT LEAST TO TEST

Before I do this, does anyone have any suggestions? This started about 4 days ago and I’ve had Symantec running for over 6 months without issue.
