“This is a custom automation script for system management. It does not perform any malicious actions. It is being flagged as a community-recognized threat, but it is a safe internal tool.”
Norton scans have no way of knowing the origin of files on your computer. This script is probably getting flagged because the actions it is performing seem to match what could be a malicious actor would perform.
You can include your script file in a scan exclusion list. From the 360 UI, click on Security in the left pane, and then click Advanced Security. Click on the gear icon to the right of Antivirus, then click on the Exclusions tab and then on Add. Navigate to the location of your script file and add it to the list. You can click on the Advanced Options link to see what scans will no longer look for this file. Then click Add.
