Using Windows with Recall? Better think twice!! The good news is, this feature is only available on the new Copilot+PC devices.
The bad news is, you cannot remove it. Its baked into Windows 11.Here is what Microsoft says to make you believe otherwise:

Let the lawsuits begin. As they most certainly will here in the US, cannot wait to see what the EU has to say in the coming days Regarding Recall. Microsoft fails, after more than a year from their initial announcement, to heed the “privacy nightmare” warnings this AI trash will stick them with, and, will be adding Recall to the May 2025 patch Tuesday. Windows Recall is rolling out to everyone with Windows 11 KB5055627 on Copilot+ PCs already. I can’t imagine how we can stop MS from installing this without completely getting rid of Windows itself. Time will tell.
