Windows RegSvr32 error

I get the following error message when I start my PC:

 

“C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\MainCon…\ieoeiosp.dll”

may not compatible with the version of Windows that you are running. Check if the module is compatible w/ an x86(32-bit) or x64(64-bit) version of regsvr32.exe.

 

 

How do I correct this error?
