I set NIS2013 for manual program control. I keep getting the following prompt:

"windows subsystem is attempting to access another system using netbios file and print sharing"

 

Should I "Allow Always" (the recommended action) or is this a security threat and should "Block Always"? In the latter case, will any Windows feature be crippled? Thanks.

Thanks, unfortunately by mistake I clicked "Block Always". If I go to "Program Control" how can I identify the process blocked so I can manually set it to "Allow"? Thanks again.
