Hello,
after installing Norton360 Advanced, I’m not able to establish a wireguard connection.
The tunnel is shown as established but the peer section disapears.
Thanks

Please share: are you configuring WireGuard yourself on a home network or are you running a commercial VPN provider that supports WireGuard?
Did you confirm Norton 360 Smart Firewall – Program Control – wireguard.exe - wireguard-service.exe are set to Allow
Did you try Norton 360 – Automatic Network Control → Windows Settings Mode – as test
Windows Firewall may be more compatible with WireGuard vs Norton 360 Smart Firewall
Norton 360 does not expose protocol selection in the UI the way standalone VPN apps do.
Norton 360 users do not manually choose protocols from the UI.
But the underlying VPN/filter stack can still affect:
Caveat: I’m not familiar with Norton 360 Advance nor WireGuard
Hello
I configured WireGuard myself (I added a tunnel in the wireguard Client)
I added the dest-Port to the Wireguard Section from Norton 360 Smart Firewall – Program Control
wireguard.exe itself was added by Norton automaticly
I didn't found wireguard-service.exe in Windows 11
I tried Norton 360 – Automatic Network Control → Windows Settings Mode without success.
The Norton VPN is disabled.
Thanks
Did you try disable/stop Norton VPN – Services (Local) + Restart (not Shut down) machine – as test
Caveat: I’m not familiar with Norton 360 Advance nor WireGuard
@Benutzer356 We are trying to clarify the following:
-Are you using WireGuard VPN Client? If so did you review this quick start guide for reference?
-Are using Norton standalone VPN with Norton 360 installed?
-Is the Norton VPN service stopped and set to disabled in Windows Services?
