Wireguard SMB firewall rule

Hello, I have an issue with SMB through Wireguard, I have a mounted shared from my pc at home, it will only work when I disable the Firewall and reenabling it back again. Is there a way to set a permanent rule to allow it with Wireguard?

I am using pfSense to access my entire network.
