Wireless Internet Connection

I have had two incidents of not being able to connect to the internet because of some sort of connection problem.  This started after I installed Norton Internet Security.  This morning as soon as I turned on the computer the security history documented this..

Protecting your connection to a newly detected network on adapter "Software Loopback Interface 1" (IP address:127.0.0.1)

I am using a wireless system that comes with the building I live in.  When I contacted the building manager, he checked his connection and it was fine.  Thing is, every time this happens, he has to get a ladder and climb into ceiling in the hall and reset the router.  So I'm thinking Norton Security has something to do with this.

Any suggestions?
