"wlupdate 15.4.103.0.dll is safe" message

I tried the workaround suggested by previous posts, whereby this file is excluded from the Auto Protect List, but the file path isn't listed when I search for the file. There is no AppData folder in my C:\Users\ {username}\

 

Is there any other way I can exclude this file?

What happens if I do nothing and just live with the notice every time I boot?

I'm using Windows 7.
