Hello all, I have a problem. Whenever i attempt to make a scan (full or quick), it simply fails. Pc tune up and live update runs fine, but the scan always fails.
I know this is kind of vague, I'll ad more details soon

I have the same problem. I have version 20.2.0.19. plus Windows 8.
I ask to do a quick or full scan and nothing happens. No error, just nothing.
Automatic quick scans have also stopped.
Live update works automatically.
Further to my last post.
I have used the Norton removal tool and reloaded 360.
Now I have error 3039, 65553....and to use the removal tool to fix this.
