Worst support ever- if they answer the phone

The VPN is the worst i ever have used. No wait...thats the problem. I dont get to use it. I have talked to tech support about it and all they say is either let them inside my computer to look at possible problems...Yeah Right. Then its this deal about uninstall and reinstall the 360 version again using some tool. Done this several times on different machines. 5 to be exact. A few weeks later, back to the same thing. Connection failure. Please re-install Norton 360 to fix the problem. Nobody on their so called tech support knows anything about the problem, except, uninstall-reload. Here I sit at 12:45 AM central time on hold as usual. I even ask if support would have someone from company call me. The answer is they can't do that. I have full chat downloaded on PDF.

On hold now for 24 mins. I am done. 16 days away from re-newel. I guess if Norton doesn't care about my business, guess I don't ether.
