Yes, I am being constantly barraged with an action required message that I would like to make stop. It tells me that I have a Boot.Tidserv on my computer. It always says "Remove Failed". The options are Rescan* and Get Help, neither of which do anything helpful. Rescan just tells me remove failed over and over, getting help links me to multiple Norton Boot.Tidserv removal tools that will not remove it, I've tried all of them. I also have Malwarebytes and it never finds a problem in its scans.
I want this message gone, it is annoying. I understand the severity of this virus and at this point do not care. If the virus is doing anything Norton is blocking it even if it is still there.
Also I do not know the file location of this virus, Norton will not tell me where it is, it just says it is somewhere. If i knew exactly where it was I'd love to replace the infected files or delete them.
