On automatic renewal, I was billed the wrong amount. I deleted Norton Privacy Monitor Assistant which is $99.99. I received a confirmation this billing information was changed. I will deduct it $99.99 from my statement.
To correct a billing error you will need to contact Norton Support. www.norton.com/contactcs If using the chat function, as soon as you can enter any information, enter "agent please". That will get you out of the chat bot and connected to a human.
