I get email alerts from norton@secure.norton.com and lifelock@secure.norton.com to an old email address that is not the email in my account settings. In fact I can't find that email address anywhere.

But why can't I see the other email address? It has to be recorded with my account somewhere.
its possible the system didnt reconize the newer email address
can either unsubscribe to the emails in the old email address
and also check the account email address in your account may need to edit it
