Wrong language on e-mails that Norton sent to me

I’m located in Hong Kong, Traditional Chinese is my parent language, and English can do as well.

However I’m receiving your e-mails (such as subscription renewal related), on which you are using Simplified Chinese.

I’m not able to due with it, please can you change the language on any e-mails, communications, website pages to English or Traditional Chinese?
