WS.Reputation.1 Reputation Problem

Hello!

          I'm currently having prblems with a file. It's from ELS v7 and when you download it, Norton will scan "els.asi" and remove it due to "WS.Reputation.1" Tons of people I know have it, but I want the community's suggestion, the download link is http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/2985-emergency-lighting-system/. Please tell me if the file is safe and what I can do to have Norton ignore the problem.

If you want to use a file, restore it from quarantine and exclude from further checking.
