X86_64-pc-windows-gnu.exe is being quarantined every 2 minutes?

Every 2 minutes I get a notice that Norton Auto-Protect is processing security risk Heur.AdvMLB and that it has been removed. I’ve don a complete scan and it still occurs every two minutes.
