You allowed windows start-up application to access your network resources

Hello. This morning, I noticed some unusual activity on security history. Shortly after the computer was started up, there were multiple entries of "You allowed Host Process for Windows Services to access your network resources." as well as "You allowed windows start-up application to access your network resources." I tried to restart it and see if the same thing would happen and it didn't, except for the "You allowed windows start-up application to access your network resources." entries. Here's the two entries.
