"You are unprotected" in system tray icon

Nd description:After the latest update was installed everything seemed fine. But I was prompted to restart my computer. After I did the norton icon in the system tray says “You are unprotected” but when I open norton 360 it says I am protected. There is no indication what the problem is or how to fix it.

you has to remember what version do you got the newes is version 24.11 it is so new it does not even got a patch note do you got the 24.10 that has a patch note the 24.12 is a new update whit many new thing possible also a fix to the lokal backup

third party VPN?..did you try with VPN off
what DNS server address?..did you try Google Public DNS
