My Devices states: “You have 40 trusted devices.”
Only 6 are listed in My Devices.
I should have only 5 max.
My Norton 360 for 5 devices is installed on Windows 10 PCs and iPhones.
How do I list, identify and remove 35 of those 40 devices?
There are notes that any devices currently online should have a Online notation in the list of devices. None of them currently online have that notation. Some of them have a notation to the effect of “device last seen on some date.”
Why does Support ask which OS version I have and not include an option for Mixed or Multiple OS because my “problem” occurs on both Windows and iOS devices?

Are you running Norton account Two Factor Authentication? here
Two Factor Authentication number of trusted devices is known issue reported on Norton Community.
Each “Trust this device” may add a trusted device.
My Norton 360 Deluxe is up to 5 devices.
Note: my 40 trusted devices
