is safe.

Thank you, I saw that , it leads to more question than answers.
So is Norton causing this message, is it normal?
I am afraid I am not to bright, I was kind of looking for a yes or no answer.
I just want to make sure that Norton is acting as my organization.

As the article I linked showed, security software CAN be the issue. A definite yes is not an answer I can give you with 100% certainty.

If you ARE within a corporate environment I would suggest Norton as not being the cause due to group policy settings set by IT personnel. If you are NOT in a corporate environment just the opposite.

Thank you, SoulAsylum for your help. I don’t want to delete anything I am not sure about.
I am not in a corporate environment, so for now, I will assume that Norton is causing
this message. Thanks again.
