Hi,

My PC has a Win 7 home premium x64 system.

It has IE-11, Version: 11.0. 9600.18230IS
Update Versions: 11.0.29 (KB3139929)
with new versions installed automaticlly

My Norton details are: Norton 360 Security Premium

Downloaded on: October-4-2016, active during 2 years renewed automatically for 3 PCs.

All of them properly working, ie: Norton openning and running in schedulled or manually mode., and so on with the IE and Win7

On account of Keyboard issues, I had to jump to a restoration  point on September 2016. when my old Norton was running, and date previous the recent adquisition.

Of course my Norton stoped working showing the message : "error 8504,104". As indicated I download the remuval and reinstalation tool "NRnR.exe"

After remuving the product saccesfully and restarting,It was impossible to reinstal.

1. Every time I clicked to reinstall it apeared a new tab showing the label: "Your browser is unsupported or outdated " and the icons of the 3 most common icons of explorers. Unusfull to click IE icon and be redirected to the Microsoft web. Twice I tryed to reload the Explorer and in each case the web informs that I allready have the Explorer updated. (remember it worked properly with the Norton at first)

2. Neither worked the button to "Sign In"  in the mentioned tab.

3 I refreshed the windows the the " F5"  and the icon in vain.

4. I desabled the Windows firewell completly and from "Tools\Int. options" checked one by one the sub-menues deleting history and registries, reinstalling hompages and reducing the action of filters. Of course the Security and Advanced tabs are the most complex and may require your observations. 

5. Moreover the afterwords, when I log-in in the https://manage.norton.com/ProductServices "  to download the product from a diferent page, neither of the following buttons worked :

HOME button   "https://manage.norton.com/ManagementHome" wich remain steadely retrieving device information

DEVICES button  " https://manage.norton.com/Managealsow retrieving device information

SERVICES button  " https://manage.norton.com/Subscriptionswith a blank page.

HELP button  never work

I don't thing my PC is infected and I would like to left to the end the use of tools like the Power Eraser.

Better, I prefer to do something a litle more clever, for example why the problem didn't apear when I downloaded the Norton first.

¿Is maybe the issue in the site where I currently download and I need to download form a diferent page?, ¿Why the explorer works with other sites of Norton ie: this forum, but not to download the product?

¿What will I do with my automatic renewal if I can´t conect the page to desable it?

By the moment I´m with no protection.
