Your Norton Subscription Has Expired Pop Up

I closed the tab immediatly and did a full computer scan with Norton. Everything came up fine, but I wanted to know specificly. Can you get these kinds of pop ups and still have a healthy PC or is it always an indication of malware involved?

That’s what I thought, but I just wanted to be sure. I thank you.
