I keep getting a ‘Your PC is not protected by SONAR Advanced Protection’ error. After reading through previous incidents of this I have tried the following. Ran live update and got the Live Update has successfully completed Rebooted - Norton starts OK and within minutes the error message returns Ran Autofix and this gives a Fix not complete Used the get support option under support- this does not find any issues (details copied below) Reran Live update and got the Live Update has successfully completed message again Reran Autofix (Again not fixed) Ran the Norton Remove and Reinstall tool. After the reboot and the app reinstalled the error returned after a few minutes ran through the diagnostics above again- still not fixed. Tried R’ n’ R’ tool and ran through the above again. Broke again within a few mins. Any suggestions on other diagnostics to do before contacting the support team? I'm sure that last night I did those very steps that you suggested - to no avail. But this morning is a different story.
After reboot SONAR is now enabled with no errors.

N360 is giving me the "'Your PC is not protected by SONAR Advanced Protection" message. As noted elsewhere, the Fix option does not seem to do anything.
I'm running an HP Pavilion DV6 laptop with Microsoft Vista Home Premium (64 Bit) Version 6.0 (Build 6001: Service Pack 1)
The N360 Version: 3.5.2.11
Any ideas?
