It doesn’t matter if in Norton security if I’m set to a public or private network it makes no difference. Once I turn on the VPN, it blocks My Internet access. Completely. I can’t get on the Internet. Windows 11 recommendation is the public network. I have to go with what Windows 11 says not what you say but it doesn’t matter because your VPN is blocking any access to the Internet. I believe the problem is on your end because I haven’t changed any settings, you morons.

fwiw ~ sometimes, after turning Norton VPN off. I’ll need to manually connect my network.
And my I fixed it myself by turning off the Wifi on my desktop.
meaning, you switched to wired on your desktop?
No no they were both on- both the Ethernet and wi fi were turned on and have been for a long time with no problems. Either of Norton or a Windows update is responsible because I changed nothing and suddenly it wouldn’t work with my VPN turned on so I gotta suggest in from the Internet to turn off my wi fi and that worked.
Ahhh…Okay. Thanks!
