I have been using NF for a few years already, but recently started to notice odd behavior with YouTube blocking. Today I set to do some debugging and here is the result.
1st, YouTube is explicitly added to blocked list on child’s computer.
2nd, all 3 Symantec add-ons are enabled.
Still, YouTube was fully accessible. More to it, access to the site was not logged and videos viewed were not logged as well.
I re-installed NF, removed and re-added YouTube entry to blocked sites and it started to work correctly. Until I re-booted the PC. After that YouTube (while still in blocked list) is fully accessible again.
Right now I am watching to-be blocked YouTube on child’s PC, no YouTube activity is logged, but for some bizarre reason viewed videos now being correctly logged under videos tab, like that is supposed too make me feel better.
Needless to say in this sorry state NF is not suitable for me, especially considering Premiere subscription. I’d really like to have some help to remedy the issue.
