I registered a subscription for “Norton Utilities Ultimate” and am currently in the free trial period.
When I tried to use the features, a message appeared stating “Your license has expired.” Attempting to renew the license causes the screen to freeze and not advance.
As a result, I cannot use the features. How can I make it work?
Furthermore, the free trial period is about to expire while I remain unable to use it. Please extend the free trial period.
