@ReaG Before removing the N360 ver 24, were you able to review all of your settings (including program and traffic rules) to see that those weren’t changed from your previous settings when the new version installed? That was a problem for me though not with Windows updates.
Have you tried reinstalling N360 ver 24 since some Norton files could have become corrupted when the new version first installed. If you’re still having problems after a fresh install, reach out to Norton’s tech support. Caveat–I haven’t been successful in reaching them but others have.
While you’re waiting to get this resolved, you might consider installing the previous version of N360 since you mentioned that it was working properly with Windows.
