As the title states I was automatically updated from Norton internet security premium to Norton 360 Deluxe and I lost 5 licenses, I currently have 9 out of 5 licenses used. I paid for the 10 for Norton internet security, I could care less for the extra features of Norton 360, I need access to the to the whole 10 licenses!!

I am also having the issue of losing my licenses when downloading for the Windows-10 version. I cannot get the VPN connected and it timed out after attempting with a licensing error 10(12330) followed by it not registering an internet connection. I am currently on ANOTHER 1HOUR wait time when I've called three times today, removing the software and re-downloading... only to have my licenses upgraded from 1 to 5 from a rep which didn't fix the VPN problem. Please look into this.
P.S - not sure how to send a PM, it says I have no licenses on my profile? and won't let me send messages.... extremely dissatisfied with 360.

Do you know when, if ever, this upgrade will actually install on my devices? As I mentioned I was seeing popups on my PCs for about a week, but they have stopped and nothing as happened since then.

The email communication you posted provides the complete picture of what the upgrade plan is.
As for the issue where several users had their current 10-license Norton security product upgraded to 5-license product has been identified, remediation is in progress and the issue will not occur going forward.

Hopefully at least one of you who had this happen will keep the rest of us updated on what happened with this issue. I kept seeing a popup about the "free" upgrade, but that has now disappeared and nothing has been updated on any of my PCs. There is supposed to be a Norton 360 Premium1, that covers 10 devices, to replace Norton Security Premium. My subscription renewed last week at 10 licenses and now I only have 5 licenses after the "Upgrade". I want my 10 back, which is what I paid for. I did not consent to this "upgrade" nor do I want it.
