I have accessed My Subscriptions and tapped the bin for the license I want to remove. I have tapped Remove. Nothing happens. I’ve done this repeatedly. Any help please,

Be sure you do not have any VPN or ad blocking extensions active while using the Norton website. That can interfere with the normal operation of the site, and may be blocking the action of removing the license.
Thank you. I turned off my VPN before getting your reply. I did not disable add blockers. Turning off my VPN let me access Support which I had previously repeatedly tried to do. After 2 chats Support removed the licences for me.
