They ask for the Order Number . So, I locate the invoice showing the charge taken from my bank account. I see the Order Number listed as: AP15998XXXX , with a subscription that expires in May 2026 , and I enter this number in the form field where it’s requested.
And then I receive the following response:
“We either could not find an order with the information provided, your order might not be within our refund period under our Cancellation and Refund Policy, or we are not able to process your request online. An agent may be able to assist you further.”
as far as I’m aware - AP or NP order number has 10 digits

I’m wondering — do they calculate the cancellation period starting from the date they charged my bank account , which was April 17, 2025 — meaning 23 days before the subscription actually began and 28 days before today, when I’m requesting the cancellation ?
You can cancel contracts and receive a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase for monthly subscriptions and within 60 days of payment for annual subscriptions.
I’d urge you to contact Norton support within 60 days of payment for annual subscriptions.
