Trying to get a refund from Norton is like blood out of a stone!
They took £64 from my account 2 weeks ago even though it ran out just yeasterd. Called and was told id have it in 2 weeks max. Nothing! Called agin yesterday and filled in an online email so that can wite it to my bank account! Terrible way to treat customers who have been with them for years! getting blood out of a stone!

When you stop your subscription from automatically renewing:

It typically takes a few hours from your request for the change to take effect.
Norton said they have successfully awarded the refund but can take up to 6 weeks! I sent them all details included information about wire transfer of all things to my bank. Could have easily sent way it was paid via PayPal instead.
