No, I am in the Uk. They could refund in less than 24 hours so why the 6 week wait? No excuse at all for that!

Yes it was, first time was 2 weeks, second Tim ei called was wait 6 weeks! I’m a pensioner and can’t afford to loose this money . There is a call number I found if anyone wants it
