This is also being discussed in this thread. Its a very old marketing popup issue that remains unresolved.

Getting regular popups about email app

Issue abstract: Getting popup “Not seeing new emails in your email app?” several times a day. (I have notifications turned off in settings.) I tried going through the suggested procedure to resolve and try to add Norton’s certificate to Thunderbird email client only to be told that the certificate is already installed. I do not have any problem receiving or sending emails. Product & version number: Norton 25.8.10387 OS details: Win 11 24H2 26100.5074

Every minute is just too much to deal with. I have uninstalled Norton and plan to dispute the payment with Discovercard tomorrow.

Yeah, that popup’s super annoying. Try running Norton Remove and Reinstall Tool to clean out any leftover files after uninstalling. Then restart your PC, that usually stops the popups for good.

There is a workaround just disable all notification and you kill them even norton says it will work so there is a workaround but not many think it will work ore it wil take most of them it is meant to 100% but it can mis one. Ore two
