Getting regular popups about email app

Issue abstract: Getting popup “Not seeing new emails in your email app?” several times a day. (I have notifications turned off in settings.) I tried going through the suggested procedure to resolve and try to add Norton’s certificate to Thunderbird email client only to be told that the certificate is already installed. I do not have any problem receiving or sending emails. Product & version number: Norton 25.8.10387 OS details: Win 11 24H2 26100.5074
