Error code 2061 on Windows & Android

Issue abstract:
Error code 2061 when signing in.
Detailed description:
Bought a 1 year subscription of Norton 360 Deluxe for 5 device. Installation on my Android phone went fine. Adding a second Android phone I got the 2061 error code when signing in to activate. Adding my laptop with Windows 11, I am also getting the same error code when trying to activate.
Tried everything that was mentioned and no luck.

there is only one thing you can do aboute that bug call norton there is somthing in windows making you computer not activate has had the problem my selv and norton fix it by remove som programs and it workt ok agian hope it works ok in next week i got norton utilities and now it works ok they did a remote desktop and it works ok dont now aboute android but there is also ways to fix it it is also app problem like the desktop good luck
