Forums "back end" HTTP 503 error

Anyone seeing this on the forums today?

The hosting provider has identified an issue with our site storage and degraded performance to the storage devices. They're working to remediate the problem.

From what I have researched the error appears when Varnish is being ran on the same server as Apache and the "keep alive" setting is enabled. Conflicts in the general settings are the cause. Have a look folks.

Yes. I have seen it a couple of times over the last couple of days.  

Win 10 1607, Chrome v 58.0.3029.110 (64-bit), NSBU 22.9.3.13. But this was happening before the last NS update.
