I too have the same issue:
I am trying to install Norton Family on my desktop which has Windows 11 and Norton 360 Advanced installed on it. I get an error saying my Norton needs to be updated to the newest version. I have already removed and reinstalled Norton so it should be at the newest version. How do I get around this error?

It worked.
I got the same issue, too, as well as all the others here: Norton 360 Deluxe 25.3.9983 (Build 25.3.9983.926).
But Norton Family Installation-Manager tells me, my Norton Security Software is not up to date.
Please support me getting this error fixed.

Add me to the problem list as well. I even unistalled Norton 360 and Norton Family and reinstalled Family first and got the exact same error. Must be something hanging out on the back end blocking itâŠwhatâs the process that everyone gets privately contacted to fix?
Same problem here. I even used the Norton Remove and Reinstall tool, to no effect.
What is the fix? Multiple people are complaining of this but we cannot find a solution - even with a fresh installation.
