I hope you’re all doing well. I’m having a bit of trouble with my Norton community account preferences and I’m not sure where to find the right settings or what I should change. I tried navigating through the account settings page but couldn’t locate the options I was looking for.
A few things I’d like help with:
Updating my email address and account info — I want to make sure my account uses my current email.
Changing my forum display preferences — I’d prefer a different layout or style if possible.
Understanding notifications How do I set which topics I’m notified about?
I’ve already checked the FAQ and tried clicking on “My Settings,” but I’m still stuck. Any guidance step-by-step would be really appreciated!
I have had norton for years. but when I tried to renew it wouldn’t take my payment. I have tried credit cards, bank accounts, and all say due to regulatory issues it would not renew my account! It is really bizarre. I have contacted csr but they are all entry level and escalate it but nobody ever gets back to me from norton. do you know anything about this issue?
