How do I change my Norton panel display settings?

How do I change my Norton panel display settings? I am using Norton Utilities Ultimate and need to scroll further down to access more information but the panel does not extend. I tried reducing my screen size in Windows 11 but it did not work. It only made the utilities window shrink. Thanks for any help.

I did not think about using the mouse wheel to scroll, because ... well I just don't use that feature, and never even thought of it at all. Also.... I may not have asked the right question because I had not thought to use the mouse scroll wheel. But maybe now if someone else has a similar question or problem figuring out how to get to the hidden information below the locked interface, they can refer to the scroll wheel as the solution. It may not be about monitor scaling at all.

I did reach out to support, but they have not gotten back to me. But who knows....I may not have gotten thru to them correctly.

I am relieved to have this issue resolved. Thanks to all who helped.

"Note: vertical scroll bar appears with roll mouse wheel - scroll bar is not needed - mouse wheel scrolls view" Thank You so much bjm_ . You have been so patient and helpful thru all of my head scratching. The simple solutions tend to evade me. Using the scroll wheel solves this issue on all pages of NUU. Thanks so much.

That's It!!!!!!!! Using the scroll wheel works! I figured it might be something I just hadn't thought of. Thanks so much!!!!

And thanks to everyone for your suggestions and help. Really appreciate it.

I'm not sure that I will subscribe to NUU next year. I really can do most of the clean up tasks without the program, though it is convenient to have the features in one location. Now if it included Driver Updates instead of charging extra for that feature, I might continue to subscribe next year. But the costs are more than I think is fair.

Anyone have an opinion whether NUU it worth the cost?

Thanks.

This is what I found also. Placing the cursor and clicking in the list and then scrolling with up/down buttons or a mouse scroll wheel will scroll the list and you will see a scroll bar indicator at that point.

@PhotoBeth

Do other screens scroll correctly? ie Is it only the page with the list of disc drives that is not scrolling?

Yeah, NUU window size is fixed and @PhotoBeth does not find a scroll bar.

My Disks window with two drives does not offer a scroll bar.  Other NUU windows do offer a scroll bar.

but I can't get the bottom hard drive info to display completely due to the fixed interface.

I took this to mean that the window could not be expanded.

All you can do is scroll down the information from within that screen.

I thought @PhotoBeth reports - no scroll bar.

The Norton Utilities Ultimate main screen cannot be scaled. All you can do is scroll down the information from within that screen.

This is a common issue with Norton app screens.

Back to my issue of Not being able to scroll down to view further listing info in interface:
Here is a screenshot of the interface with the hard drive feature page. I have 4 hard drives listed, but I can't get the bottom hard drive info to display completely due to the fixed interface.
I move my mouse over the interface to find a scroll bar and I am not able to get a vertical scrollbar to appear. I may be missing something really simple.

Info:
Norton Utilities Ultimate
Current Version: 24.1.16424.5748
Up To Date
No Error Data
32 Inch Monitor, Windows 11 Home, Version 23H2, OS Build 22631.3880

32 in!....maybe, NUU is not scaling properly for 32 incher.
I have two drives displayed with real estate to spare.
But, if I were to imagine 4 drives.  Yes the bottom drive may be tight fit.
I do not see vertical scroll bar on my NUU Disks window with two drives.

Maybe, Norton never imagined 4 drives.

Forgive me, this may seem like a silly question.... when I reply in the forum, do I hit the reply button at the bottom left of forum thread and not to email via my email program? Thx for your patience.
