Issue abstract: I can’t find in the backup section where to create a new backup set
Detailed description: I’m in the new windows version of Norton. I click on security>manage cloud backup. I only see one set and can’t create a new one. ALSO, i used to be able to also see my external hard drive backup sets.

I’ve had hours of tech support today on this. Apparently v24 is missing features and this is a known issue. Support uninstalled v24 and installed v22 from norton dot com forward slash cspn360 (sorry not allowed links in the post). All worked OK until the app automatically updated itself to v24 again! I’ve now uninstalled it again, reinstalled v22 and turned off LiveUpdate - just trying a backup now. Let’s hope it doesn’t update itself again!
Thanks for your reply. Sadly, the instructions are correct but Norton does not follow them. I simply cannot add a folder that I want to backup and remove default folders that I don’t. Is anyone else experiencing the same problem? Or, better still, found a protocol that actually works. Thanks.
If your Norton 360 is not working as expected after you’ve tried Reset to Default & Repair Norton & clean re-install Norton 360…then…reach out to Norton support.
