Norton Premium, I have a new product key from Amazon that I want to enter, NONE of the Help/FAQ articles tell how to do this. Each article says “go here, click this, enter it here…” NONE of those screens come up or are available to me! Conveniently Chat and a phone number are GONE from all the support pages. Help articles on this forum from 2011 don’t apply.
