How to change VPN location when the button is grayed out

Issue abstract:Secure VPN location change grayed out

Detailed description: Windows 11, have administrator rights: When turning on secure VPN I cannot change location. Change location button is grayed out past few days. Icon says no location available. Fastest virtual IP connection is connected but I want to change to a specific country. Tried turning VPN on and off multiple times. Tried rebooting computer and restarting Norton. Does not work. Have wifi 6 and strong wifi connection. All settings within Norton app is checked green except edit apps option. Ad tracker blocking is on. Can browse without any issues. Norton up to date. Windows up to date. Scans perfect. No performance issues. Any ideas how to ungray the button and allow me to change location of the VPN server? Thank you

There are a number of threads on this issue. Here is one. Norton VPN says "No Location Available"

None of the threads give a fix to the problem.

I never said there was a fix. Just that the issue has been reported here many times.

I have the same problem! I tried everything too to try to make it work, but with no luck!
It says “no location” but is pinging to Turkey’s server.
HELP :frowning:
