As of today, VPN will not let me choose a geographic region. It says “No location available” and the “Change Location” is grayed out. From what I can tell, teh VPN is working, BUT I cannot change location. Has anyone else experienced this?

Yes, same here. Started with the latest update yesterday.It came back on in the evening, but off again today ‘No location available’

good lord over 30 min to get logged into just the forum, does none of nortons crap actually work?! Anyway fix I found was to simply reinstall norton. Was only way to get vpn and rest of 360 suite working as supposed to
Just get used to it.Norton support will only ask us to uninstall, reinstall, and use the default VPN node. It basically doesn’t fix anything. The service is terrible.

My norton 360 vpn says no location available. I thought it was my laptop so just did a full factory reset. Now iv just reinstalled norton 360 and it is still the same
when I repair the norton 360 - it then has the vpn working in any location but when i reeboot my laptop it goes back to no location available
having same issue with vpn breaking again after reinstall or repair. nightmare trying get into forums to because its like vpn is stuck. says can’t log into site from this ip. then have to turn vpn on then off again. does norton even test their products?

the issue is still the same no location available. when you repair norton 360 it fixes it then when you restart pc it comes back on no location available. Is norton going to fix this?

@TT086433 The problem with logging on to the site isn’t due to your VPN. I don’t use VPN and logging on has been a nightmare for the past 4 or 5 days. Hit and miss. Get various error messages including I’m not allowed to log from my ip address, or can’t connect to topic, or error 403 server busy or down.
Looks like Norton’s problems aren’t limited to N360. Feels like we’re sailing on the Titanic. 
Same here. " No location available : time after time after time ! Once got through to a Norton Chat bot which directed me to a site called " Howly, " ( I think, who charge to repair your ALREADY PAID-FOR NORTON VPN! Absolute shit service from Greedy Norton !
