Hi, I am one of customer who bought the 2 years package to protect 3 devices from spy/virus software. I did send you a message asking for support but no feedback from your side. My case is xxxxxxxx. [note:#masked by admin]
Your support disappointed my expectation. Pls get back to me with appropriate assistance asap.
The circumstances are:
1. My account is still active until end of 2020.
2. 3 devices were protected: 1 Android phone, 1 iPhone and 1 MacBook.
3. I recently noted that my MacBook was not protected after updating to MacOS Catalina 10.15. I try to sign in account and follow the link from email to reinstall Norton but unsuccessfully. A failure notice was given that I need to contact support team.
4. I tried to go through your suggestion by checking out solution which is available in FAQ but no information relates to my case. I found out it is very hard to send an email to your support team.
Error notice is attached. I have no chance to go further following your share of instructions. Error message was showed up right the time installation button is initiated.
Pls get back to me how to overcome this since my Mac book now exposed to the thread.

Sorry for the trouble caused with Norton Security installation. Can you please try step provided in below Norton support article and let us know the installation status? Also, can you please share error message occurred during Norton installation that you mentioned in your previous comment?
Install Norton device security on macOS 10.15.x (Catalina) or later

Hi Peter, thanks for sharing the link but none of them propose a solution. All of them are complaint and I do not see an appropriate support from Norton. Such a bad after sale service.

4. Norton no longer uses email for support. The only options now are chat, phone, and social media (twitter, facebook). These forums are for peer to peer support from users like you that have experience with the Norton products.
