Impossible to reach customer support! I'm at my wit's end!

I've been trying for over an hour to reach customer support. I signed in to my account and filled out the form to chat with an agent. When I click on ''chat now'', the system brings me right back to the form! I'm paying for this service and it's impossible to get help when I need it. I also cannot find the telephone number for Norton Canada, so I'm stuck! How do I reach someone? Please help

 

Thanks to Norton my problem was resolved, but, the contact issues people are having I have experienced and if transition from one plan to another had been undertaken in a timely manner, I would not have been concerned enough to look and comment in the community blog.

Unfortunately I can confirm Norton are impossible to contact, they have robbed me of 65 subscription days and it is impossible to contact the service desk to get it sorted ...don't renew

Since, you appear to quote from a Norton Chat session.  I imagine you were able to contact Norton support? 
Were you able to contact Norton support? 

What happens when you try to contact Norton Chat &or Phone support?

We are given Chat numbers to believe that Norton gives a damn when they do not.

There is no Support.

Other companies hire people in India. For little money, they do the job, but Norton are too cheap to do that.

Are you referring to waiting for a Chat agent? If so, the wait times can vary depending on the call volume. You can try varying the time of day when you try to make contact. My personal experience is that the wait times are much less when I try contact later in the day (local time).

If you are referring to waiting on the forum, these forums are being worked by users like you who volunteer our time to try to help others from our experience with the Norton products.

on the support page i found the chat and phone options , seems the phone option wanted me to sing in, didnt try the chat option

i would try that , either the chat ( if it still works) or the phone number for spain should be list after you sign in or go thru the steps there

Norton is a good product. I have used it pretty much since it come out.

BUT the way they treat customers now is terrible.

I don't know what is wrong in your case but maybe uninstall Norton and reinstall it?

If still nothing, cancel Norton and demand your money back.
