Issues with firewall since Norton 360 24 update

Issue abstract: I have issues using my pc since the new Norton 360 ver 24 intelligent firewall was installed

Detailed description: Since the Norton 360 24 update, I cant use some of the programs and tools I need to use for my work.Specifically, I use ZScaler to connect remotely to my job network, now it says Endpoint FW error (who means a firewall is blocking it). Also, I need to use NDI for video recording, and it doesnt let OBS use NDI sources either! I know it is because of the intelligent firewall, because if I turn it off, all works again. But I dont like to turn it off ( I pay for my subscription for something!), I want it to be less agressive. I already tried resetting it (even if I had to re-configure it again with my traffic rules) but it doesnt work. It all worked fine before the 24 update. What can I do?

Je pense que vous devriez contacter le support Norton depuis cette page
Ensuite sélectionnez “Norton for window or Mac” et cliquez sur “Get help” (situé complètement au bas de la page).
Dans la page qui s’affiche choisissez le canal de communication souhaité (par exemple par chat) en cliquant sur le bouton dédié.
