Key problem, Norton says it need more info

Got a new key.. When trying to add new key.. get the message:

Before you can use your Norton abb we need more info to register it..

The where there is suppose to be a link for enter this info.. it only says: (-2027)
And no link.. Tried online, tried in app etc.. Says the key is ok, but need more info.. stuck there. Really annoying.

Thanks, reading this.. Think i remember simular problem last update. The key i bought is a “different” package then the one i have. So guess the reinstall tool will fix it. But i stil got 40 days left. Will reinstall when the license i have now run out :slight_smile:

I believe that if you use a key for a different version than the one installed you will lose the days on the current subscription. Support can fix that issue but, support is a pain in the rear to get straight answers from.
