Trying to renew via a code brought in store but wont let me as needs additional information
I brought a new code because my last one ran out i tried to redeem it and it won’t let me it says
Before you can start using your Norton subscription with this new key, we need some additional information to register it. please enroll at (-2027)

bought in store - meaning retail store - not Norton direct?
