Issue abstract: Recently Norton changed the UI and now there is no Option for backup.

I am used to running backup to a local NAS and cannot find a link the option.

Yes, looks like it…frustrating that this option seems not to be available. I spoke to help desk…he told me they are aware and are working on it( frankly, I believe it when I see it…). I sure hope this feature will come back…
At least Norton is aware of the issue. Unfortunately, Norton is releasing this new version 24.x.x.x. update very slowly. It seems to have started over a month ago and even the Gurus here have not had access to the new version, so we are in the dark about trying to help.
I have same problem,I don’t want to use the cloud for backup.I just renewed my subscription,but this version has no backup to ext.hard drive !!So come on Norton,what is the solution ???
@DA_Chalmers Unfortunately there isn’t a workaround as of this posting. Everyone is awaiting a fresh release or patch which will hopefully restore the feature again. We also never know when that may happen or if it even will. Norton is aware of the forums outcry so we should see something sooner than later.
